Our story
Heirpaws began in London, with Oleh and his Bengal cat, Sky. One lazy afternoon he pressed her paw into a little disc of clay — and knew at once he'd never want to be without that tiny, perfect print.
So he built a kit gentle enough for a fidgety cat and simple enough for anyone's kitchen table. Today every Heirpaws kit is packed by hand and sent worldwide — so you can capture your own best friend, at any happy chapter.

Questions
Both. There is one Clay kit and one Inkless kit, and each works for cats and dogs alike — from a kitten’s paw to a big dog’s. The only thing to choose is the method.
Completely. The clay is non-toxic and the Clean-Touch pad is inkless — nothing but a clean, dry pad ever touches your pet. The ink only appears when the pad meets the special paper.
No baking, ever. The clay air-dries at room temperature in about 24–48 hours. Inkless prints are ready the moment you lift the paw.
We plan for wriggly paws. Clay kits include enough for a first attempt and a spare, and inkless kits come with several print cards so you can pick your favourite.
